Return Policy

All returns are subject to approval and must meet appropriate criteria prior to processing. Please contact SOLitude Lake Management at 888-480-LAKE for information in advance of return shipment. Restocking fees will be charged where applicable. Customer will be responsible for proper packaging for shipping and for paying the return shipping costs. All returned items must be in brand new condition and in their original packaging. SOLitude Lake Management reserves the right to decline any returns made more than 90 days after original purchase.
